The Investors  are interested  in maximum Profits.If the Government  in Power seemed to  be an obstacle, then the dual  influence  is implemented in order  to change the Government. Investors want Assurances.If they lose their  Investment what Guarantee do they have.Government assets are usually attached especially the assets which outside the country.
