This is not learned direct from  the family or at school  or from friends,but from SELF EGO which is more psychologically  impact.My late friend once told  me that the "world very cruel  and you  need also to  be cruel" I was 30 years old and I did not buy that.

Drugs can be also.a factor.

Secret Revenge
Such People disapproves the society  norms.Their FREEDOM exceeds the social Rights.Actually,they have their own definition of Rights.

WHERE
The shootings mainly  are in.the schools,supermarkets  or any where there is mass gathering. The shooting in the  Family is very minimal.

HOW
The Perpetrator studies the environment  where the murder will take place first  from day 1 to a week to  a month .As anger piles up,the more the action should take place.

WHO
Who to Pickup?
Anyone who is "blamed" to cause  "pain" or the "unwanted" group could be the victim.
